1.INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions govern the functionality and use of this website (hereinafter the “Website”), the domain name of which is owned by the Lavazza Group company Cofincaf S.p.A. (hereinafter “Cofincaf”).
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term “User” means the person who makes use of the services offered by the Website, whether they merely consult the information included therein or proceeds to use the reserved areas.
Accessing, using or otherwise browsing the pages of the Website implies the User's acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions and of the Privacy Policy.
If the User does not accept or does not agree, in whole or in part, to these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from any use of the Website. The Website, as currently configured, is designed to be accessible by Users within the Italian Republic (hereinafter the “Territory”). Cofincaf does not guarantee that the contents of the Website will be usable by Users accessing it from outside the Territory.
2.WEBSITE USER LICENCE
Cofincaf is the sole owner of the contents of the Website, including but not limited to the texts, documents, images, videos, logos, photographs, page layouts, design, know-how and products, which are covered by copyright, trademarks, patents and/or other industrial and intellectual property rights recognised by the law. No content of the Website may be considered or interpreted as being licensed or the subject of any other right of use by third parties.
Users are authorised to download, view or print content from the Website for personal use of a non-commercial nature only, in a manner that does not in any way affect the industrial and intellectual property rights of Cofincaf in relation to said content on the Website and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

Pursuant to these Terms and Conditions, documents and materials sent to the Website include but are not limited to texts, documents, images, videos and photographs that the User sends to the Website for any purpose and through the dedicated sections of the Website.
The sending of such materials by Users grants Cofincaf free, irrevocable and non-exclusive licence to use them in any form and manner and, consequently, also for promotional and commercial purposes.
The User guarantees that all materials sent to the Website do not breach any laws, rules or regulations, also of foreign origin, that they are not in breach of any third-party rights and are not, therefore, liable to legal contestation of any nature or origin.
The User also guarantees that the materials sent to the Website are not and have not been the subject of any legal proceedings or previous claims by third parties. Cofincaf reserves the right to edit or remove any material sent by Users to the Website at its own discretion.
4.GUARANTEES
The Materials found on theWebsite are provided in the state in which they are found, as they are made available and without any guarantee, either tacit or explicit.
Cofincaf does not provide any tacit or explicit guarantee that the Website or its contents will meet Users' expectations in terms of continuity of service or the absence or prompt correction of errors.
5.EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Users access the Website autonomously and at their own risk, on the understanding that Cofincaf declines any responsibility for damage or injury suffered in any way by Users as a result of accessing and using or downloading any Material for any reason whatsoever from the Website, including computer viruses, spyware, malware, content or application in general intended to damage the Website.
Cofincaf reserves the right to interrupt or suspend any service rendered through the Website, at any time and without assuming any responsibility or liability of any nature whatsoever in relation to said suspension or interruption of services rendered through the Website arising from the actions or omissions of Cofincaf or third parties.
Cofincaf is not liable for the content of any other website that may be made accessible through links or multimedia connections on the Website, on the understanding that such links are provided solely for the purpose of enabling Users to access more complete information. Users are not authorised to create links and connections to the Site without the prior written consent of Cofincaf.
Cofincaf is not liable for any damage, loss, malfunction or harm of any kind that may be caused to the User's computer system as a result of the use of the Website; the related repair/restoration costs are the responsibility of the User.
This does not affect any guarantees or liability arising as a direct consequence of the application of any law, standard or regulation applicable to and in force within the Territory.
6.BREACHES
Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions of use of the Website and therefore entitles Cofincaf to take such action as it sees fit to deal with said breach, including blocking access to the Website, suspending the account and access to the registered personal area and, lastly, recourse to the Judicial Authority.
7.JURISDICTION
Any dispute relating to the Website, its use and its contents shall be governed by the law applicable in the Territory.
8.FURTHER PROVISIONS
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Cofincaf and the User of the Website, who may not transfer or alienate them in any way. Any other terms and conditions applied by Cofincaf with respect to its relationship with Users of the Website will be considered additional to these Terms and Conditions.
Should any of these provisions be annulled or declared null and void or otherwise inapplicable the remaining provisions will remain fully valid and effective.
Cofincaf reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms and Conditions and therefore invites Users of the Website to consult them regularly to check for any updates or amendments.
