Cofincaf grants Lavazza Group employees loans with a maximum amount and duration. The loan is repaid in constant monthly instalments, consisting of capital and decreasing interest, debited to the current account indicated by the employees. Third-party guarantees may be required in certain cases. The monthly instalment must not exceed 20% of the repayment capacity of the employee and/or third-party guarantors.
