ESG loan is a financial service which rewards environmental, social and governance sustainability and it is offered to Italian capital companies belonging to the Lavazza Group supply chain of suppliers and customers.

The product ESG is an interest rate financing with constant installments, including capital and decreasing interest; if the customer achieves two KPI chosen by a library predefined by the Lavazza Group (at least one of which has to be environmental) will receive a bonus payment, structured through the recognition of a part of the annual interest cost.
