Types of loan

Cofincaf issues loans to Automatic Distribution customers (companies operating in the so- Called Vending/Office Coffee Service sector) of the Lavazza Group; these loans can be of two types: “interest-bearing” and “interest-free”. They are regulated by special agreements entered into with Luigi Lavazza S.p.A.
In the Automatic Distribution sector, loans are intended, inter alia, for the purchase of instrumental goods sold by Lavazza and/or third parties, the purchase of food products, company shares and/or branches, property and/or real estate, the upgrading/restructuring of customer assets or the implementation of services. The duration of the loan must not exceed that of the supply.

In the Automatic Distribution sector, loans may also be granted outside of Italy, as long as the legal provisions in the countries involved in the transaction allow.
